Moraki support

Help with the shared newborn tracker

Email [email protected], or use Settings → Send feedback in the app. Please leave your baby's health details out of your message.

How do other caregivers see my entries?

Sign in, then invite them from Settings → Invite a caregiver. They install Moraki, sign in, and join with the code or the link you send them (Settings → Join with a code). Each code works once and expires after 7 days.

From then on, everyone in the household sees the same entries, usually within seconds. Moraki works without signal: an entry made offline stays on the phone and is sent when there is a connection again.

An entry isn't showing on another phone

Check that both phones are online and signed in to the same household. If a caregiver has withdrawn consent for health data (Settings → Privacy → Health data), their entries stay on their phone and don't sync until they agree again.

Do I need an account?

No. Without one, everything stays on your phone. An account is needed to share with other caregivers and to send feedback.

How do I get a copy of my data?

Settings → Your data → Export everything. Moraki makes two files on your phone, one for a spreadsheet (CSV) and one that keeps every detail (JSON), and opens the share sheet so you can save or send them.

How do I leave a household or delete my account?

Both are in Settings.

Deleting can't be undone, so export first if you want a copy. The full detail is in the privacy policy.

No longer have the app? Email [email protected] from the address you signed in with and ask us to delete your account. We will do it and confirm, within one month.

Reminders aren't appearing

Check that notifications are on for Moraki in your phone's settings, and that reminders are on in Settings → Reminders.

Can Moraki tell me if something is wrong?

No. Moraki records and adds up what you log; it is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. If you are worried about your baby, contact your doctor or your local emergency number.
